Mackenzie Owens is a medical artist working at the intersection of illustration, education, and visual storytelling.

With a foundation in sequential art and a Master’s degree in Medical Art from the University of Dundee, her practice focuses on translating complex medical information into clear, engaging visual experiences.

Her work includes medical illustration, patient education materials, infographics, and interactive media such as 3D and animation. She has collaborated with the University of Minnesota on journal publications and works across disciplines with researchers, educators, and creative teams.
